At least that’s what our Weight Watchers leader told us at our orientation meeting two and a half weeks ago. On this program fruit is “free,” which means we get to eat as much of it as we want.
I’m in heaven.

So far so good! Hopefully by next summer I’ll be able to tackle some of the longer trails again. That’s what I’m shooting for anyway.
And I’m eating so much more fruit now that I’ve cut out the ice cream. 🙂
The sugars in fruit are ‘complex sugars’, right? Takes longer to break down so are better for you. I LOVE most fruit. Good luck!
Thanks for the luck. Higher quality sugar and less addictive to boot. I think it would take close to a dozen bananas to equal a pint of Haagen Daaz ice cream and somehow the bananas just aren’t nearly as seductive.
